2. Receive Your Shipping Label
Once you place your order, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print, attach to your package, and drop your glove off at your local UPS Store.
3. Professionals Service Your Glove
You will receive an email notification as soon as your glove has been received, and our team will begin servicing your glove.
If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out via phone call to discuss options.
4. Getting Your Glove Back
Once we box it up and put the return shipping label on it, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and link to track your order as it makes its way back to you!

The glove by design is a little stiff for what my daughter likes so we made the decision to get it professionally broke in and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I would like to first comment on the professionalism of these young gentlemen act love refresh, they are very professional and polite when you call to ask questions. At first I was a little skeptical because I have been ripped off from Facebook people once before, but I saw that this young company was on a local news station which gave me a little piece about a transaction I wanted to make. So I purchased the service immediately I was given a shipping label and instructions as to what to do I shipped off my son's brand new Wilson a2000 catching glove that was hard as a rock and you guys know what I mean. In under a week it was returned to my son and it was more than game ready he did not have to do any extra work to start catching . The next day he went to indoor practice and it was as if he had this mitt already for some time. He loves the break-in they did exactly what they said they would do and we appreciate and endorse this service. I'm going to say if they had 10 Stars they would get 10 stars from us because they are very professional they say what they mean and mean what they say they are trustworthy and the work is quality. Ok, I was a little skeptical at first but wow. I just got my son’s glove back today and I am totally blown away!! You all have done an absolutely amazing job. How do I send in my glove?

After your order is placed we will manually create you a shipping label to send in your order.
Once you receive your label via email simply package your glove/gloves (use whatever box is convenient for you), attach the shipping label, and take it to your local UPS drop off point.
You will receive email confirmation when your glove/gloves arrive to our shop.
When will I receive my shipping label?
Shipping labels are sent out manually and typically begin going out each morning during our business hours (Mon-Fri 11am-5pm).
How do the three break-in levels work?
Our break-in options let you choose how you want your glove to feel when it arrives. Keep in mind that the right level can depend on the player's age, personal preference, and grip strength, especially when it comes to how easily the glove can be closed.
- 20-Minute Break-In: A lighter break-in that starts to shape and rework the pocket, while still allowing you to finish molding the glove to your liking.
- 40-Minute Break-In: A balanced option that leaves the glove noticeably softer and more flexible, great for players who want a solid head start with some player feel work left to do.
- 1-Hour Break-In: Our deepest break-in, giving the glove a very soft, flexible feel. This is ideal for younger players or anyone who wants to use it as fast as possible with no additional effort out of the box.
What is the Japanese Water Dunking Method? Is it safe?
The Japanese Water Dunking Method involves briefly submerging the glove in water to relax the leather fibers, making it easier to shape and mold, while also adding a little more softness. We recommend this option to players looking to form and shape their pocket as much as possible, in addition to their preferred break-in level.
Yes, contrary to popular belief, water is safe on leather when used correctly. We do not recommend this method for gloves with bright-colored laces on light-colored leather, as the dye from the lace may bleed onto the lighter leather. However, do not worry, we always test the laces beforehand to ensure it’s safe for your specific glove. If we notice any chance of dye bleeding, we will reach out to you regarding a refund for the method.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround times can vary depending on the service, shipping method, and workload in the shop. The range for most services is 3-12 days. Times are displayed on services and can be adjusted at checkout
Can you fix cracks, holes, and tears?
No. At the moment we do not provide repair services to gloves needing extensive work. We specialize in the standard services done right with fast turnaround times!

Is my glove worth saving?
For gloves < $200 we recommend using your money towards a new one unless for sentimental reasons.
For gloves needing leather repair we can refer you to smaller businesses that specialize in repair work, as we no longer handle repairs outside of thumb/pinky loops and laces.
Can you rush my order?
Yes. For gloves needing rushed we offer a skip the line option at check out. This includes UPS Ground shipping and a next day turnaround in the shop. This option is guaranteed in under a week and ranges from 3-5 days total.
